5 Star Garage Harborne Birmingham

I hate garages in my experience they always leave a bad taste in my mouth. Harborne is a whole new experience for me. Every person I dealt with was pleasant and professional. The recovery man was great the receptionists were great. Apart from the bill all good. Pesky new cars BMW i3. I now feel better that I have found a garage I can trust.

Had a puncture, they got me back on the road in 30mins.
Great service and really friendly staff.
Thanks guys 🙂

I have been using Harborne Garage since they were in Station Road back in early 1970's. They have always provided the best of customer service, are polite, courteous and always very cheerful. I will continue to use them because they still provide what customers really want, one to one cheerful conversations, please keep up the great service. Pete the Honda guy with a new knee.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brilliant service from start to finish! I had a nail in my tyre and was in a bit of a panic, but the team were really helpful and got me sorted quickly. They repaired and fitted the tyre with no fuss, and the whole process was friendly, professional and reasonably priced.

Really appreciate the quick and reliable service. Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone needing tyre or car repairs. 👍🚗

Used them multiple times before very professional super flexible and very quick cannot recommend more

Great service, honest good quality advice.

Good value for money.

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional friendly receptionist and the technician explained everything that had been done

Very helpful, friendly staff. A great experience.

Would 100% recommend this garage from the kind reception ladies to the great service and friendly approach of the mechanic that helped with my car ... thank you again..

Always a great service at a competitive price, friendly and reliable staff

Most trust worthy and reliable garage I’ve been to in a while they go above and beyond to get the job done! When my car got stolen and then recovered they fixed all my interior by my glove box that had been busted open for free! Speak to Paul so easy going and honest!

Such a lovely experience received from Paul, Phil and Joanna when I needed my Volvo sorted. They were professional and nothing was too much of a problem. Although I live in Wiltshire I will use them again

First class service - again!
We've been using Harborne Garage for years and we just wouldn't go anywhere else.

My first time using Harborne Garage and I found the service excellent from start to finish. I needed an aircon diagnostic and re gas. The price was very good as was the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff.
Highly recommend

Came to the garage last minute as my cars radio was lodged and I tried everything but couldn’t get it out. Phil saw me straight away without an appointment and got it right out! He even refused to take payment from me!! I really appreciate the honesty and kindness off staff. As a young women it would’ve been easy enough to take advantage and over charge. Thanks Phil and team!😄☺️

Harborne Garage saved the day, broke down close to Cannock. Recovery was under an hour and we all felt safe and well cared for. Will definitely be taking my car to this garage in the future.

Fantastic. Booked in for Aircon issue. Had gone elsewhere for regas which didn't last. These guys from phone call to receptionist to the work carried out were really professional. They checked for issues. Found no leak so put dye in with regas so we can monitor situation. Works regas all in was £75. Very happy. Hopefully won't need more works done but if I do I know it'll be done right. 10 days on still no issues.

A Big thank you to Harbourne garage, Paul, Lee the lovely Tara and Jo for helping me out with my motor very much appreciated your amazing people Thank you 👍

Very helpful and fair !

Very helpful and did a very good job with no problems so would recommend them and I will be using them all the time now

Had a loose heat shaft under my car and they fixed it on the same day, only charging me for half an hour of labour alongside consumables. Brilliant service, thank you!

Great garage, popped in 3 weeks ago with low coolant levels. The ladies at reception were lovely and Martin attended very quickly and sorted out the issue quickly. Thanks guys

Done a great job on my air con regas

Always helpful and polite. The ladies on Reception are professional and courteous. The mechanics helped me out a couple of times recently when no one else was interested. Worth travelling to use a reliable, thorough garage.

Amazing customer service and super friendly team. They dealt with my issue very quickly and were very efficient!

Great experience with this garage. The staff were very friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them.

The garage took us in on a break down. Never used them before but the service was excellent. They processed us even though it went beyond closing hours, held onto the vehicle for us over a weekend and we're back on the road. Thank you one and all! Michaela x

Harborne Garage in Selly Oak is full of some of the kindest and most professional people you could hope to find. They look after our Showerbox van 24/7 and make sure it's in top condition to provide showers for those facing homelessness in Birmingham. A particular shout out to Paul Harper, the owner. We at Showerbox Brum are proud to have him and his team as friends and allies.

Checked, serviced and MOT’d classic 1983 Austin Maestro that had been off the road for 36 years, and brought it back to life.
Cost of doing all the work, including transporting the vehicle was very reasonable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided an excellent service.
Thank you for doing a great job! 👍
Highly Recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One morning my car wouldn't start so I popped over to the garage to ask for help. They were so kind and helpful and someone came out and got my car back up and running. Can't thank them enough

Absolute legends!,was quoted a steep bill for my hybrid to be fixed. They managed to fix it for half of what was quoted, A1 service. Lovely ladies in reception. I'd definitely recommend, will only be using harborne garage from now on.Top garage!!.

Recommended by a friend and cannot praise highly enough. Exceptional service on our first visit - from our initial conversation with Tara to the customer service from Jo and the mechanical support and wisdom from Martin and his team. All round excellence. Thank you.

Great service and friendly staff

I've used them for several years for several cars and vans. I've always found them professional, friendly, trustworthy, and great, reliable mechanics. Thanks!

Always ready to help. Excellent customer service and extremely professional mechanics.

Excellent service and support
I recommend them

Harborne Garage were able to provide excellent customer service and a rapid turnaround during my MOT; in fact, I was able to collect my vehicle on the same day despite requiring repairs! I would very highly recommend this garage.

Excellent service and friendly staff

Absolutely fantastic garage. The team can not do enough to help. They fitted me in a short notice and kept me informed of my cars progress. Excellent

10/10 - i had an issue with my fuel door and it was sorted within 10 minutes. Fab customer service, was very early in the morning and was freezing but was still met with a big smile. Will be returning!

Like other reviews my problem was that a tyre registered as flat but investigation proved it to be fine. The staff at reception and in the garage are kind and helpful. Thanks to them!

I have to say, I cannot rave about this garage enough!
Got myself in a sticky situation with a car that overheated.. took it to a garage who weren’t able to help but they recommended these guys!
From start to finish they were just fab!
It was incredibly short notice but they took the car off me the next morning, not only this but I needed my car back to get down to Devon to see my mother who was really sick.. the whole team worked around the clock to diagnose and fix my car within less than 12 hrs and get me back on the road asap!
From the receptionist staff to the specialists who fixed it, the service was faultless!!
Will not be going anywhere else from now on and cannot thank the team enough for great communication, fair prices and impeccable service. Thankyou again!

Great service! Friendly and knowledgeable- thank you, I would definitely return!

My car fob broke and i couldn’t get the screw open due to rust and the workers here were so lovely in helping me, not only did they unscrew it for free, but they didn’t make me feel stupid at all for coming in with such a silly ‘uni student’ request!

I have a Porsche and one of the tyres was deflated, I am not very good putting gas in the tyres myself so I took it to Harborne garage.
Reception ladies were amazing, I have been served by a young gentleman (couldn’t take the name) he was extremely kind and checked all the tyre and filled them too, without charging me anything because there was no puncture, could not thank him more. Amazing service, would love to go again and recommend it to others
